“I’m Nexa. Give me your contact list and your message, and I’ll send it to everyone, one by one, like a person would. When people reply, I answer with what I know about your business, and I pass the conversation to you when it needs a human.”
What Nexa does
Upload an .xlsx, .xls or .csv file with names and phone numbers, or add contacts by hand. Nexa maps the columns, removes duplicates and keeps your contact book tidy for the next campaign.
Use each contact’s name and custom fields in the text, attach an image (JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP up to 10 MB) and add a link to your store or booking page. You can send more than one message in a sequence.
Messages go out with a 3 to 5 second gap between each one instead of all at once, which reads like a person typing and puts less pressure on your number.
Pick a date and time and the campaign sends itself. Turn on AI follow-up and Nexa writes a polite second message to the people who didn’t reply the first time.
Add your business name, description, services and links once. Nexa uses them to answer questions about prices, opening hours and delivery, and can share your booking or store link in the chat.
Hand a chat to a human when a customer uses words you choose, skip numbers that should never get auto-replies, only reply when you’re offline, and limit replies to your working hours.
Scan a QR code with your phone, the same way you open WhatsApp Web. Your customers keep seeing the number they already know.
Drop in your spreadsheet, write the message with name placeholders, add an image or link, and send now or schedule it.
Fill in your business details and switch on auto-replies. Every answer and every handoff shows up in your dashboard.
Five steps to get Nexa working for you.
An example day
9:00 AM
Your scheduled campaign to 600 past customers starts, one message every few seconds.
9:40 AM
Thirty-two people reply. Nexa answers questions about price, sizes and delivery.
10:15 AM
A customer writes “I want to speak to someone”. Nexa hands the chat to your phone.
6:00 PM
Nexa sends a friendly follow-up to people who didn’t reply to the morning message.
11:30 PM
A late reply asks if the offer is still on. Nexa says yes and shares the store link.

Guide
A WhatsApp bulk message sender is software that sends the same message, personalised for each person, to a list of WhatsApp contacts without you typing each one. Instead of copying an offer into 300 chats, you upload the list once and the tool sends to everyone.
Good bulk senders do more than send. They let you add names and other details to each message, attach images and links, schedule campaigns for later and follow up with people who didn’t reply. NexBotix adds an AI that answers the replies, which is where most of the work actually is.
Send only to people who know your business and expect to hear from you, space messages out, and personalise them. WhatsApp restricts numbers that look like spam, and the signals it uses are reports, blocks and sudden bursts of identical messages.
In practice: start with your warmest contacts, keep the first campaigns small, use each person’s name, give people an easy way to say “stop”, and don’t send the same text to thousands of strangers. NexBotix sends with a 3 to 5 second gap between messages and lets you exclude numbers. If you need to message very large lists, use the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, which is built for that.
Use the bulk sender on your own number when your list is small to medium and your contacts already know you. It is quick to set up, costs nothing extra from Meta, and customers see the number they saved.
Use the WhatsApp Business Cloud API when you send at high volume, need approved message templates, or want the lowest risk of restrictions. It takes a little longer to set up through Meta’s Embedded Signup, and Meta charges per conversation. NexBotix supports both, so you can start on your number and move to the API as you grow.
Write it like a message to one person, not an advert. Start with their name, say who you are in a few words, give one clear reason for writing and one action to take. Keep it under five short lines, because most people read WhatsApp on a phone between other things.
Images help for offers and new products. Links work best at the end. Avoid all-caps, long lists of emojis and anything that looks copied from an email newsletter. Test the message on a few friendly contacts first, then send to the rest.
Send when your customers are free to reply and you’re around to handle anything the AI hands back. For most local businesses that is late morning or early evening on weekdays; for shops, a few days before a weekend or payday often works well.
The only real answer comes from your own results. Schedule two similar campaigns at different times and compare how many people reply. Nexa makes this easy because scheduled campaigns send themselves.
You give Nexa your business name, a short description, your services and any links, like a booking page or store. When someone replies, the AI answers using that information and shares the right link when it helps.
You decide where it stops. Choose keywords like “complaint” or “call me” that hand the chat to a human, set working hours, exclude numbers such as family and suppliers, and switch on co-pilot mode so Nexa only replies when you haven’t answered yourself.
Collect numbers from people who already deal with you: customers at checkout, enquiries, bookings, event sign-ups and your website chat. Ask permission in plain words, like “Can we send you offers on WhatsApp?”.
Keep the list in a spreadsheet with a name column and a phone column that includes the country code. Add columns for anything you want to personalise, such as city, last purchase or course name, and NexBotix can use them in your message.
Count three things: how many messages were sent, how many people replied, and how many replies turned into a sale, booking or next step. Replies matter more than sends, because they show the message landed.
Compare campaigns over time. If one offer or opening line gets twice the replies, use it as your template. Saved templates in NexBotix make it easy to reuse what works.
We’d rather you know the limits before you sign up.
Yes. You connect your existing WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, like WhatsApp Web, so customers see a number they recognise. For high volumes you can also connect the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
Any bulk sending carries some risk. NexBotix sends with 3 to 5 second gaps, personalises each message and lets you exclude numbers, which lowers that risk. Send to people who expect your messages, and use the Cloud API for large campaigns.
Excel (.xlsx and .xls) and CSV files up to 10 MB. The first row should be headers, and phone numbers should include the country code. You can download a sample file from the upload screen.
Yes. Choose “Schedule for later”, pick the date and time, and the messages are queued and sent automatically.
You add your business name, description, services and links. The AI uses them to answer customers on WhatsApp. You can hand chats to a human by keyword, exclude numbers, reply only when you’re offline and set working hours.
Yes. Bring your own key for the WhatsApp bot and replies don’t count against your plan’s quota. Your key is stored encrypted.
Yes. The REST API sends to one contact or up to 50 at once, schedules messages, and the MCP server lets AI tools like Claude and Cursor send WhatsApp messages.
Yes. Attach a JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP image up to 10 MB, or paste an image URL, and add a link that appears at the end of your message.
